All orders are shipped directly from our warehouses located in the European Union and the United States.

You can easily order any of our products with delivery to your doorstep or to the nearest pickup point.
We also have urgent express delivery by courier.

In addition, you can pick up the order yourself in any of our warehouses.

We are attentive to each order and try to make the shipment as soon as possible.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY (USA, UK, Australia, Middle East, Latin America)

We understand the need for exceptionally fast service to our customers, so most orders will be processed

However, delivery to some countries is free.

In general, we offer free delivery on orders over €400, with all other orders charged at €20.

DELIVERY IN EUROPE

We deliver our orders throughout the European Union using our partner channels for the highest
quality and fastest service.

In most cases, you will be able to choose the most convenient and closest delivery method available in your region.
We offer free delivery for all orders over 250 euros, and standard terms from 10 euros for all other cases.

DELIVERY TO SLOVAKIA

We deliver our orders throughout Slovakia. You can choose courier delivery, delivery to a special pick-up point
or pick-up from our office in the center of Bratislava.

We offer free delivery for all orders over 200 euros, and standard terms from 5 euros for all other cases.

RETURN OF GOODS

You can return your order if you find an error in the picking or a packaging defect.
Please note that only complete and unused orders can be returned.

If you find an error or defect in the quality of the product, write to us via chat
or write an email to the Support Service with the subject “Return Application” and order number.

PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE

We accept credit and bank cards, Visa/Mastercard, and we also accept payment via Paypal
and international bank transfer. You can also pay upon receipt at the point of delivery or our office.

If you need a refund because of any problems with your purchase,
the money will be refunded back to the same card you used for the purchase.
